If I am online and  check out some part from wPDM then working offline on the field

1) While I'm off line, can other users check out the same parts I check out and modified them?

2)when I'm back online, do I have any problem of checking in these parts?

3) while I'm off line and on the field, I create some new parts - can I add these parts to the vault  later on
