workflow to convert 3D sketch for wireframe lattice into 3d struts; lines into square prisms

Hi everyone,

I am trying to model an auxetic cube lattice structure in SolidWorks and I am looking for advice on the best workflow.

Currently, I have the geometry as a 3D sketch of a wireframe skeleton made of connected lines (essentially the centerlines of the lattice). I want to convert this into a physical scaffold where every wireframe edge becomes a rectangular/square prism strut with a constant cross-section.

My goal is to create a parametric model where I can easily vary:

strut width/height (square cross-sectional dimensions)

The structure is relatively complex but repetitive, so I would like to avoid manually creating hundreds of extrusions or sweeps.

I have attached a picture of what I want it to look like and my 3d sketch below

Thanks you in advance!
