Could use some help with a workflow. We need to "stamp" the ECO (and drawings) data card of who/when it was approved. We have 3 types of ECO's that require additional signatures. Standard ECO will have 2 signatures (Requestor/Peer). Component ECO, 3, (Requestor/Peer/Mgr). Tooling ECO ,4, (Requestor/Peer/Mgr/QA). I understand the Parallel Approvals and a Multi Approval Workflow. The problem I'm having is that sometimes the extra signatures aren't needed. Would it be best to have multiple workflows and have some sort of "sorter" telling it which workflow to use?
