I'm copying a airplane wood model to solidworks.

Let's say that I'm creating all the parts so in the future I could remake him.

Since the wood plates are cut in the planar shape then are bended what would be the best way to design the wood sheets?

With sheet metal so I could unfold ?

With surface or loft or something like that?
