This morning SW decided it will no longer create dimensions.  I can open a sketch, create a circle, select smart_dimension, click on the circle and it opens the circle dialog, it won't let me make any type of dimensions.  If I open a new part and try to create a sketch when it asks for the sketch plane it displays the normal planes but all the plane names are "????????".

How does SW keep corrupting itself?  Is there any way to fix it?
