I use SW 2016 x64 SP4.0.  Since we started using it, I've been having a chronic problem with the "with thread callout" option not staying unselected.  When I go to add a hole, if the hole wizard opens up with a tapped hole selected, the "with thread callout" option is unselected.  If it comes in as any other hole, and I then change to a tapped hole, it becomes selected.  It doesn't solve the problem if I then unselect it.  The next time I open the hole wizard and have to change the selection to a tapped hole, it will become selected again.  I don't want that.  I never wanted that.  I never will want that.  It is a nuisance.  I want it to stop forever.  How do I make that happen?
