I'm trying to create a wire grid that can be welded in the flat and then put on a brake.

Currently we are creating the finished piece using sweeps. Then we are creating another configuration that is the "FLAT PATTERN". It sucks doing it this way.

Here is what I'm looking for after the brake.

Any ideas that could make this a little easier?
