I have a problem with winzip and also with 7zip. If I use any of the context menu options, like "Extract here", no file are extracted and there is no messages for some errors. Users have the permission to add folders and files in these locations. The only method that is working is drag-and-drop.

The archive file is also in PDM and is checkout. If I make a copy of the archive file in other folder outside pdm all works as expected.
