For some time now ive had this issue, that when i want to switch to another part or assembly, either trough the window drop down menu, ctrl + tab, or with "tile horizontally", only some parts actually get opened. And especially with "tile horizontally", which i use very often, it only opens like 2 or 3 windows and they get stacked behind each other or are partially out of screen. 
And for the last couple days ive had to "reopen" most files by going to their save location and double clicking the file so that it shows up. Otherwise if i tried to switch between open files inside of solidworks, it would either do nothing or switch to the "homescreen view".
I already checked the whole graphics driver thing, I have a RTX4060 (since my PC was built for gaming purposes and im planning to get a proper CAD graphics card) and i disabled the "enhanced graphics performance" setting and enabled the OpenGL setting but both setting dont seem to change anything.

Any Ideas why this is happening? Im losing my mind and my workflow is very much disrupted

Here i do have multiple files open but after "tile horizontal/vertical" it just puts all files into seperate windows and they just randomly float everywhere...

and the files do show up in the window list but as i said, they dont always open the window i want to open
