Is anybody having an issue with SolidWorks not being able to open windows locked files?  We are finding that SW is not releasing files when closing and leaving the ~ version of the file present in the directory.  The next person to open the assembly can't open it because it can't open locked files.  Additionally, we have seen an assembly suppress a sub assembly that started with ~ and totally hose the BOM on the drawing.

Am I the only one?
