Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue where Windows completely freezes while working in SOLIDWORKS 2021 SP03 (version 29.3.0.59). The system becomes unresponsive, and the only solution is to restart the computer.

In Event Viewer, I can see the following error:

Unable to start a DCOM Server

C:\\Program Files\\SOLIDWORKS Corp\\SOLIDWORKS\\sldshellExtServer.exe -Embedding

There are also multiple DistributedCOM (Event ID 10000) errors logged around the time of the freeze.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Could this be related to SOLIDWORKS, NVIDIA drivers, or a Windows configuration problem?
