Windows File Associations

If I double click on a SolidWorks file in Windows Explorer, it only launches SW 2012 Beta.

Previously, it would launch in whichever version I had last used. This was great.

Now, it always launches in 2012 Beta. This is a big problem, because I, of course, need to focus on production work, and wasn't even planning on looking into Beta until next week. This is especially troublesome, because I use Google Desktop Search. Now, when I find a SW file, I can't just click on it in search. I have to "open folder", search through the folder to find the file, then drag it over to SW. I often forget (force of habit), and yesterday I accidentally started Beta a dozen times or so.

Is this a problem for anyone else? Is there a way around this? Regular file associations in Windows Explorer only allow for linking to "Sldworks", so I can't just pick versions.

I already filed a bug report, and marked it High, because it effects the current production functionality, which I consider a "high" problem. I just wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem.
