Does anyone facing the issue where the local view created using view setup in Windows 11 is just a regular folder?

The local view created is a "blueberry" symbol but other than that it is just an empty regular folder without the PDM function as it supposed to be. Right click on the folder don't have the option to Log In to PDM.
