I'm on a Dell xps8900 machine running windows 10 home.

Trying to install sw2016, sp04.

When I run the setup file, the installation manager window pops up but it's blank(just a banner image at top, blank whitespace below) and nothing else happens.

Any thoughts?

I found a previous forum entry that suggested changing the compatibility mode of setup to windows 7 but that doesn't work for sp04.

I also tried this registry DWORD suggestion but that didn't help me either.
