I'm looking into getting Solidworks student edition and a 3D printer just for fun. At my school we use Solidworks and a MakerBot Relicator however that is a little pricey for at home use. I am thinking I would get a Printrbot 3D printer but will it be compatible with Solidworks? I just want to make sure they would work together smoothly before I purchase either of them.
