Wierd corners between flanges. What is SW doing?

My office is moving from CoCreate to SolidWorks 2011 and I'm starting to convert an existing product into SW.  I've run into a wierd corner treatment between two adjacent flanges.  Rather than a straight cut between the two flanges, SolidWorks is creating a slanted cut that stretches the bend.  Check out the attached JPEGs and part file.  What's going on here?  I've never see software make corners like this.  Is there a good way to control how these corners are formed so I don't end up with a goofy flat part?
