OS: Windows XP SP3

SolidWorks 2012 SP2.0

I'm trying to make a drawing of a simple fixture I modeled. I created some projected views. For one view, I decided it would be appropriate to break it's alignment and enable the view arrow. One troubling issue, that I'm encountering, is that the arrow in the projected view won't move. In the screen shot below, the top-most view is the parent view for the bottom-most view. Ideally, I'd like the arrow to be on the left-side of the top view. Why won't this arrow move?

The work around is to use an auxiliary view, rather a projected view with an arrow. It's just rather annoying that I'm experiencing this problem.
