Herewith is one electric heater model, the goal is maximum surface temperature of heating elements, the results as following:

Calculate a result is 497C, see above picture.

However, if I select surface plot---contours—plot maximum

Then you will found another result: maximum plot temperature is 488C

I'd appreciated if you could tell me the reasons?
