1.The Internet explore 11 UI. which is very typical to write the comment.

because the full sentence is not easily visible in a full paragraph, the whole under get disappear.

2. The Mozilla firefox 54.0 is very simplified UI  for these type of comment writing space requirement and display.

Why this problem is shown in two different browser.
