I actually have 2 issues I would like help on.  First, the .015" dimesion in my sketch only shows up as a "0" when clearly I have chosen the 3 decimal option.  Secondly, even though I'm in IPS mode on my units (inch pound second), the dimensions are always reverting to mm.  Driving me crazy.  Is there a setting somewhere that might not be set properly?  see pic
