Under the Edit pull-down, under the Suppress command, there's a fly-out with several options, one of which is All Configurations.  Sometimes this is greyed out.  Why?  It seems to happen randomly, and it isn't consistent.  You can come back to an assembly later and it will no longer be greyed out.
