My SolidWorks is having issues with crashing so I am trying to go through and solve any problems that could be the issue.

I have run the SolidWorks RX diagnostic tool and it is showing a Diagnostic Test Error for the Graphics Card and Driver. I have gone to the website http://www.solidworks.com/pages/services/VideoCardTesting.html suggested and have downloaded the driver that fits my computer and graphics card, but the diagnostic tool still shows the same error. I have even used a non-specific computer and downloaded the driver only for my card with the same result.
