SolidWorks... why would I need quick access to setting a component to virtual? Seriously lame. I model fast and use the program very quickly, so having "make virtual" right near "configure component..." is stupid. Configurations are used for everything....material, shape (form), different part name, etc. Making a component virtual (externally or internally) is only useful for differentiation between the part you want virtual and the rest of the components in your assembly. Therefore, needing it to be a quickly accessible is simply unecessary. It could be accessible only from the feature manager tree, which would be much better for me not accidentally making a part virtual that has like 20 configurations.
