Hello Solidworks community,

I have made a part with two threaded holes.  I used the hole wizard to make both holes at the same time and chose the cosmetic thread display option.  However, for some reason only one hole is showing with threads in the drawing, and on the part.  This is actually happening with a couple of similar parts.  I know there are many discussions that are concerning display of cosmetic threads, but I could not find one quite like this.  I have included a screen shot of the drawing to show the issue.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to get both holes to display with threads?
