I am trying to make a flow simulation for a centrifugal pump.

My boundary conditions are:

Inlet and Outlet - Environmental pressure

Impeller RR RPM - 1740

Solver settings : 1000 iterations + all goals convergence

After few trials, i had a doubt that, the simulation results are not reliable.

Then I deleted all, and had a fresh model setup and cloned the project for 3 times.

Project A, B and C. All 3 have same settings and conditions.

I gave batch processing.. All the outputs are having different results and the flow trajectory is also having different visuals.

All 3 are identical in cad and model setup.. Still....
Also, I tried in a different PC for the same model.. There i am getting someother results..
Plese help me with solver settings to get a consistent results..
