Why doesn't changing the mass density of my material affect the displacement under a three point bend test?

I created a basic bone model in solidworks (hollowed out cylinder). I am doing different tests (three point bend, compression, etc...), but changing the mass density in material properties doesn't affect the displacement and strain. Wouldn't you expect a lesser density to result in greater displacement? Changing the Young's modulus, on the other hand, changes the displacement as you would expect.
