Anytime windows explorer is accessed via SolidWorks 2015, SW15 crashes and so does windows explorer.  I have contacted technical support @ SolidWorks and the only advice they can give is to contact my reseller.  My reseller doesn't seem to have a clue as to what is going on with it.  Also if i contact the company that made the program then wouldn't that suggest that I want to real professional help?  I don't appreciate being brushed off as if i don't exist.

All the windows updates have been applied, all the solidworks updates are current, and pertinent drivers have been updated.  Why is SW2015 crashing each time i tried to open a file inside of SW2015.

Has anyone else had a problem with SW2015 and Windows explorer crashing.
