I'm new here hi @all!

I encountered a problem with SW2015 that is giving me headaches. There's this simple part I made, which has four threaded holes. Now in the flat pattern it shows a different core diameter(6.8mm) than in the bended view(8.5mm). It switches back to this wrong diameter every time I unfold the part (in the part as well as in the drawing). Does someone have an idea how this is possible? I attached three drawings to clarify.
