I set my document properties to dimension in fractional inches....I made standard three views and begin dimensioning my assembly in the front view and right side view no problem...

When I go to the top view and select the first of two lines I want to dimension, the preview dimension style is correct (fractional inches), but when I select the second of two lines to add the dimension, the display is decimal inches.

If the document properties are set correctly, and the drawing dimensions are correct in two of the views, why would one view not accept the correct dimensioning scheme?

Did I mention that I REALLY dislike Solidworks !
