I downloaded and installed eDrawings 2019 and entered the registration information yesterday.

The screen said a verification code was emailed, but instead only received an email saying "eDrawings registration is delayed".

The registration was submitted a second time with the same email saying delayed. 

Is there any action I need to pursue to achieve registration.
