Why can't my PC run SOLIDWORKS Visualize?

A year or two ago, I first had trouble with my OLD P2000 video card falling below the Visualize minimum system requirements, preventing me from using the application, so I upgraded to a slightly less old P4000, which temporarily gave me access again to launch the software.  Lately, it is failing to launch again and today it reported my lack of hard drive space as the problem.  I have over half of a 1TB drive free, so I don't understand.  My PC is not brand new, but it should be plenty capable of running this application I expect. I did also notice a problem with Windows System Information not collecting information properly.  Could this be related?  Any ideas?
