I imported a 2d part and revolved a solid.  I want to do cut holes on top of the part.  However, when trying to start a sketch, it won't let me select the top surface of the revolve to begin creating geometry for the cut.  I don't know why.  I'm really curious as to why this is the case.  I'm attaching the file.  Thanks in advance for help.
