This picture is of a drawing of a flat pattern.  The 5.63 is dimension-ed to the arc and the 7.20 is dimension-ed to the cener-line of the slot.  The 5.63 matches the cut in the flat part.  What is up with the 7.20?  Obviously something because the arrowheads are showing up a little different as well.  This is some functionality I cannot figure out.  Any ideas?
