I'm writing because I'd like to know where is it possible to get direct support from SW?

We currently use SW210 along with EPDM2012, and we get constant troubles like SW crashing after EPDM does and stuff like that. There's our VAR, who's suppossed to give us all the support we need, however I've heard my boss complaining about that the VAR doesn't really care about finding a solution to our problem(s).

So, where else to go ask for help, other that the VAR?

Is it possible to post a Service Request directly as a customer?
