Where do I find the SolidWorks 2011 API SDK?  I am using an educational version of SolidWorks provided by my school.

If I cannot download the API SDK from the SolidWorks website, can I still create add-ins using VB.NET?  Will there be limitations if I don't have the sdk?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!
