I just installed Solidworks Premium 2011 SP4, this is the first time I have installed Solidworks since 2008.

I want to use the workgroups PDM which is supposed to be included with this product however there isn't any Admin Tool to setup PDM. I can see the service running in the services list. I see the directory created for the Vault.

Where is the Admin Tool?

I have read the documentation and even watched a 3rd party youtube video and what my installer lacks from everybody else is the Admin Tool for the PDM.

Any ideas?
