I am creating a bubbled print for a drawing. I would like to have all the dimensions annotated with colored balloons. I have figured out how to change the color of the balloons by applying a layer to all of them. However, the balloons that I have placed in the drawing view return to their default color, even though it states that the "BALLOON" layer is applied. Is there a setting that overrides the layer coloring that I can toggle? Thank you.
