I've had this happen on several occasions and never found a solution.  When opening an assembly created by another user the Toolbox fasteners don't load in the correct sizes.  They're all oversized and don't have configurations assigned.  Our Toolboxes are not mapped to a common network folder and can't be right now.  I'm wondering if there's an easy fix for this without a common toolbox folder.  I've already checked my toolbox settings and made sure that create configuration is selected.
