So in 2016, after I go to modify the "S" shortcut commands (or whatever you have assigned for the quick window). The little hover over help shows up behind the toolbar (if anyone knows what this is officially called, let me know). This is really hard to tell what an icon is now (especially with the new color, and icon styles). If I restart SolidWorks it works correctly until I go to edit the toolbar again. Does anyone have a way to fix this behavior?

I go to modify the tool bar, and it does this.

After exiting that screen it still does this.

after restarting SolidWorks it works fine

but when I go to customize, it does this again.
