I have a budged of 3500 for a new desktop computer. What should I buy? I live in vancouver Canada.

most of the money will go on the video card... Do i really really need Quadro 4000? I mean i do need a powerful card - currently i am using Quadro FX 1700. i have a quad-core cpu.

Can i get a superhigh end gaming card and save tons of money?

I have solidworks 2010 - i do not plan to upgrade it so i am wondering if i will be able to install it on windows 7?

Because most of my solidworks is only using a single core i am thinking of buying only a six core but overclocked liquid cooled... it takes something like 2.5 to 4.7ghz

any thoughts and suggestions are much apprectiated.
