Should the Top Ten list be formatted to find new functionality, or to find the most needed enhancements to existing functionality, or to find the most popular ideas?

IMO, the current format of the Top Ten list does the latter. That's not a bad thing, but I believe the list could be put to better use.

Are you happy with the status quo, or do you have suggestions for change?
