In my case, that would be: https://forum.solidworks.com/ideas/1484 - Allow Hole Wizard to use a pre-existing set of sketch points.

It is (apparently) easy to implement and will provide huge time savings. Moreover, will allow the Hole Wizard to follow the same workflow as any other sketch based feature in SolidWorks: 1. select sketch; 2. apply feature.

The SPR is SPR 328056: Ability to select an existing sketch (containing points) to specify Hole Wizard hole positions.
