Good Morning All,

I have seen this error pop up occasionally before and I have never been able to figure out what the actual cause of it is. However it has now become a regular error for one of our users She gets this error message every time she hits File -> New.

The message pops up, we hit ok, then the New SolidWorks Document menu pops up to pick a template like there is not an actual issue.

We run SolidWorks 2015 SP2.1 here with EPDM SP2.1 as well.

Has anyone encountered this error before? And if so do you know how to error was solved?
