I'm working in an assembly, and just got this error when I tried to cross section-view.

I'm doing a top cross-section, and it produces the error in the picture, somehow the other two plane section-views work fine. Just one of the 3 doesn't work.
There is no reference for the cross-section, just simply top plane is not cooperating.

The preview shows the cut perfectly, but when I press accept, the error pops up.

Any possible reasons for this error?

I'm running on SW 2012
