I am trying to make the strap on the sandal in the first 2 attached pics, but I am having trouble.

I tried doing a sweep, after making a profile and a path with 3D sketch.  However, I can't get the form right.

The strap twists from the base, where it connects to the sole, to then twist 90 degrees where the strap would contact the top of the foot, and then twists back another 90 degrees, connecting to the sole again. (see attached render image please)

I also attached the parts and assembly.

Please help. Thanks!
