We have some very large assy's, which also contain some large non native parts (lots of surfaces etc..).  Opening these models generally takes 3-4 minutes, however once open we can work with them with no issue.  Rebuilds are of course I challenge but I expect that, however saving takes an enormous amount of time.  Some people are having crashing issues, others are crossing their fingers and just saving at the end of the day.  We use EPDM so the files should be saving locally, so I dont believe its a network issue.  I am wondering if anyone knows if there is something particular in/about a system that would increase performance of saving?  My computer specs are listed below, I know its not the "best" but its certainly not the worst.  Is there an upgrade to something that would help?  Something different we should look for when purchasing a new system?  Any advice or help is appreciated.  Thank you in advance
