What does Solidworks Support give me access to?

It's time to pay our software maintenance again and the boss is not in favor of the cost vs. the service we recieve.

I know we will not receive new versions.  Not sure if we will be missing anything.  New features that show promise don't really work.  It seems to take several years to get a new feature to work.

Rarely have we gotten a problem fixed or even been in contact with SW about an issue.  Most of the time we do all the leg work documenting, convincing and proving there's a problem.  Then there's nothing left to do but wait for SWor the var to do nothing.

The best place for support is right here at the forum and I appreciate everyone who replies to my threads.

Will I be able to continue to use the forum if we discontinue software support?

Will we be able to access video drivers?

I assume we will not be able to download hot fixes or service packs.

Will SW World still be available to us?
