Hi Guys,

An Options file has been created with the following syntax:

RESERVE 1 swofficepremium USER oconnell_mi

This has apparently been working fine until recently. The user i experiencing problems with the license not being available to him.

Any ideas what could cause this issue or what might suddenly cause a working options file to stop working?
