what am I doing wrong? (assembly of edge onto inside radii)

I am trying to assmble two sheet metal parts, such that a bent side of one contacts the other at a bend face (to split the difference between gaps)

is there a way to do this type of mate?  If so, I can't seem to find it.

you can see in this picture (where I have the top mated to the bottom) that it creates an interference in the bend area.  To minimize the gap between the now mated faces, I want to move the part (with the highlighted blue) down so that the edge/vertex contacts the inside radius of the mating part.  For the life of me I can not get Solidworks to make this type of mate.  This seems like elementary mating stuff, but I can't do it.  Can you help?
