Hi all, new Solidworks user here, transferring from Inventor, and have a weldment question.

I'm making up a frame with square hollow section, and internal to the frame placing flat bar (which had to be done as a custom profile if I'm correct?). I cannot seem to find a way of offsetting the flat bar by say 5mm or whatever from the sketched line, I can select edges or mid points of the profile with the 'locate profile' option. Is there a way to offset by a specified distance?
